She founded Full Circle Health Coaching Systems in 2019 after completing her Health Coaching certificate through The Health Coach Institute.  As a Health Coach, she helps clients who feel stuck around their health and wellness get unstuck, feel like themselves again, gain confidence, and achieve the self-care they are craving by providing individualized support and accountability.

On this episode of the show, I’m interviewing Stephanie Albanito. Stephanie is a health coach and owner at full circle health coaching systems. In this episode, Stephanie shares her own personal health story leading to her becoming a health coach, and we discuss how a health coach can help people regain control of their wellness. Without further ado, let’s get into the interview with Stephanie. Today on the show, we have Stephanie Alba Nieto, thank you so much for being here. Thank you, Greg for having me. Stephanie is a health coach. Tell us what a health coach is. But before you do that, tell us about your background and how you got to be a health coach. Okay, great question. So my formal background is actually engineering. I’ve been an engineer for almost 10 years. So I went to school at St. Louis University, got my masters from University of Missouri of science and technology and just over the course of those 10 years you know, work the corporate environment dealt with the the cubicle stress, if you will, so I you know, what, know what that feels like. And it just kind of came to a point in my career where I just I needed I needed to shift I was kind of you just I think everybody kind of comes to that Crossroads where something just, you know, you feel that that change needs to happen. So I started kind of looking around in terms of what, what am I passionate about outside of engineering and what can I kind of get involved in and health coaching this As your health coaching kind of came up just doing a simple Google search, and I started looking more into it, I thought, wow, this I this is really interesting to me. And at the time in my life, too, I was at a point where my health needed to shift as well. I was struggling with eating emotionally and not knowing how to get around that and deal with those, that those things and I think that was being brought on by stress and other things in my life. And so it kind of was a two fold thing was something in my career needed to shift and something in my health needed to shift and health coaching was it I went through it, the process as a client first, which was totally transformational and a wonderful experience. And by going through it myself, I just I fell in love with it. And it just became this thing of well, I could I want to do this for other people, if I can do this for myself after struggling with, you know, stress and food and my own health for you know, a decade or so. I want to be able to give this back and help others and so just kind gave me that fuel to be certified and to start practicing and to start giving back in that sense, and it just became kind of became a my life passion in a way. Awesome. Yeah, that’s great. Did you did you grow up in the St. Louis area? I grew up in the Midwest, I’m from Peoria, Illinois, but I’ve lived in St. Louis since college. So that’s about 12 years now. Gotcha. Okay. So before college, right, you obviously moved here? Did you have any, like, Inklings towards health care at all or health care? or anything like that? Is because you said engineering background typically, that’s, that’s what you want to do. And that’s what you do. And that’s it’s it’s kind of in its own box. It has very little relation most of the time to health. Right, right. Great comment and absolutely true. It’s one of those things where, you know, if you’re good at math and science, you kind of typically go to the engineer route. And so I was good at that as a younger person and In school, especially high schools and even colleges, they don’t really talk about what health coaching is or other types of healing. It’s kind of glossed over in terms of, okay, you can be an engineer or a doctor, an accountant. And that’s all good as a starting point. And I also think health coaching is a relatively new field. But it was just, it was something it was like, Okay, if you’re good at this, just try it out. And you know, it’s kind of hard to find that life purpose or life passion when you’re, you know, 1617 you’re looking for what should I do with my life? So it was it was a great start, and I absolutely am the person today because of my background, but now I’m moving forward with the health coaching. That’s a new new chapter. Awesome. So we have very similar stories of working in the in the corporate world, yeah. And then breaking off and doing your own thing for work life balance or for your passion or whatever it might be. So let’s, let’s touch on that kind of what we was your experience as an employee within corporate and what was it that drove you away from that? Okay, my experience in corporate was just it’s very like anyone who works in corporate probably knows this. It’s just very structured. I mean, you’re in this the the slog of the commute every day the slog of working in a cubicle in this very structured restricted environment. And you know, but on the flip side of that you get the safety of a you know, a steady paycheck good benefits usually, but it just wasn’t I just just personally for me, I knew there was something more for me then then that corporate world and you know, it wasn’t quite as fulfilling I just, it just didn’t tick that box of I just don’t feel fulfilled and there’s just something more for me. And so I that’s when I started exploring, sure. Now, might be a little bit too personal, but if you’re okay with it, can you do dive into some of your own health issues a little bit, just to kind of give a your story a little bit more Sure. So I did touch on the emotional eating part and that definitely I kind of just reviewing and looking back on it that definitely started surfacing in college and had to do with I think stress using food as a kind of a stress relief. And unfortunately, I think over time it built to be more of a I’m using food now to cope with frustration or boredom or procrastination or anger. And it just kind of became this, this crutch and it started it started kind of ruining the relationships I have with my closest friends and family and and myself because not only did I feel this sense of guilt and this sense of kind of, you know, frustration at myself because I knew that, you know, that wasn’t a good way to cope with my emotions, but I didn’t know how to otherwise deal with it. So I I started kind of retreating away from, from those people and separating myself and that’s not a great way to ensure the healthy either, right? So it was just kind of a. So it just came to a point where I just I finally, you know, something has to change here you cannot keep going this way. And and I think at some point, we all kind of reached that, that wall whether it be for various reasons, but mine was just, you’re about to lose yourself and you’re about to lose, you know, some of the people that are closest to you because they know something’s going on, but you’re not willing to share. So it’s just something has to change. And I tried other things on my own, you know, I tried, you know, let’s meditation, podcasts, reading of counselors and just none of them provided that right account and support and system that I needed to turn things around and that’s in health coaching being that Being the client of the system was was what helped would help me. Gotcha. So how did you find your, your coach, the one that you were a client of they? So through the health coach Institute, they provide one you work with one. Gotcha. And so, you know, you were mentioning several things that weren’t quite working for you. And they were things that could be viewed as almost cookie cutter. Right. And so, that individualized approach that your coach went for you or provided for you, obviously helped you, you know, achieve your goals. Yeah, you were going for Yeah. And so let’s let’s kind of jump into what is a health coach, right, it, it has a very lofty goal. In terms of the actual term health coach, right. There’s a lot to that there’s a lot that could be within that. So kind of tell me like what is the scope of what you guys do? Absolutely. Great question. So healthcare And you know, health is more than just nutrition we think of people automatically assume nutrition or sometimes personal trainer associated with health coaches, but health is also it’s our mental health and our emotional health as well. So, health coaching essentially helps clients who feel stuck, like like I did with the food, get unstuck. And so some examples other examples could be, you know, I’m not sure I’m stuck around my cravings. I’m not sure why I crave a cookie at you know, three o’clock in the afternoon every day or after dinner, I just have to have that treat and I don’t know why have that craving. That’s a stock example or my kids just left for college and I’ve been taking care of everyone else but myself. I don’t know how to take care of my own wellness. Another another stuck example could be I would like to get away from relying on medication or You know if I’m kind of approaching diabetes or high blood pressure, but I don’t want to take pills the rest of my life what what are my other options? So those are just a couple examples of how to people that may feel stuck and health coaching helps with that. It’s also about discovering or rediscovering that mind body wisdom that we all have. So that brain gut connection and kind of haven’t bringing that awareness. I would say health coaching is great for people that what they have been doing around their health and wellness just is not working for them. And they are looking for that that shift or that different perspective. It’s also great for people that want to maintain their wellness to prevent illness. And and even those that consider themselves really healthy but want to be pushed further how how it’s almost like that question of how how healthy Can I be and are willing to kind of see What other options are out there for them? Yeah, absolutely. You know that that last point that you made, kind of makes me wonder like is what is the scale of healthy? Right? Because sometimes people view it as kind of black and white with a little bit of gray in the middle. But really the, if you think of healthy being that that whatever tier you want to call it black or white, there’s still a scale within that. Yeah, right. There are people that are surviving just above that line versus really, really thriving. Mm hmm. well beyond that line, that’s interesting way to look at it, and I never really thought about it that way. You You answered it perfectly, because that what they’ve been doing isn’t working. Yeah. And I think that’s that’s the key, because when I think of Who can I think of that would be a good fit for a health coach. It’s not just anybody. While that might be a good answer, huh. Anybody could probably benefit And move within their black, white or gray, whatever you want to call that. They have to have a reason. Mm hmm. And it has to be a, a, a real decision that changes their life in some measurable way, because they’re not going to just say, this seems like a good idea. Maybe I should do this, because I heard about it on the podcast, it’s people that have tried this, that and the other. They tried these things for years, and it hasn’t, hasn’t made the difference that they were looking for. Yeah. And it’s, it’s a word you’ve reached that point, kind of like I did where it was that something has to change. Point and you and every single person I’ve worked with has that, you know, they have that realization, but they also have that work called the motivating factor, whether it’s, I want to be healthy for my family or I feel happier when I’m healthy and I just need some help and guidance with that because I know I know what that feels like to be healthy but I’m not there anymore. So that kind of that kind of realization, I suppose. Yeah, cuz that that motivating factors there, what would drive them to walk in your door? Right? Because if they don’t have that why they have no reason to absolutely work with you or they have no reason to work with me or whatever their concerns might be. If it’s not a big enough issue to motivate them, then they’re never going to make that. Yeah, change in their behaviors. I like it. So one other thing that you had said when we were talking before was self doubt. Okay. And so, you mentioned the that stuck feeling. Is that a real feeling? Is that true? Do they are they actually stuck or is that kind of a feeling? That is self doubt? So how do you kind of compare those two because they’re two different two different things that you would help with but can one control the other Hmm. So is stuck this is self doubt the feeling of stuck? Right? Because are they actually stuck? No, because they can change, right. But the feeling of stuck is a term that says that they are doubting themselves. Okay, so I think I know what you’re what you’re asking. So are they are folks actually stuck? Well, of course. Yes, they are currently. But that’s how we that’s where I come in, I guess as we help them get unstuck. And so what we are what I do is we uncover the the why underneath the Why Why are you stuck because it’s because if you essentially what I like to think is if if you weren’t stuck somewhere, you would already have the result in your health that you would want. So something is keeping you in that state that you’re in that you’re not currently happy with or satisfied in your health and wellness. And that is related to self doubt in the sense that sometimes we we do get these little voices of Like, oh, you can’t do this or you’re not good enough or you don’t deserve this. And so that attitude definitely can, can keep us stuck. But sometimes it’s it’s deeper than that to some things that keep focused could be the some kind of sometimes unconsciously is the sense of maybe loss of love, safety or belonging, if I change, my relationships will have to shift and that’s scary. Or if I change, would if this person won’t love me anymore, or it feels unsafe to make all these changes that I’m not used to making because I’m used to being in this realm that I’ve been in for a long time. And when I start to make changes that makes me feel it’s uncomfortable to make change, right, it can be, it’s not always. It’s not always a great happy feeling when you’re kind of in the zone of uncomfortableness, nobody likes that. So it’s that love, safety and belonging tends to keep folks come stuck. And that’s and that’s where I come into help is we discover that that why and then we, we uncover it, we get curious about it and we make discoveries and and then we kind of build upon it and then are able to move forward because once you have awareness around your why underneath the why you are you have this kind of beautiful empowerment that I think is just as life changing. That’s awesome. And I think the biggest thing there is that you’re touching on those hierarchy of needs, right? The love safety belonging. Yes, you have to have those things because that’s your sense of community if you don’t have that. How are you going to thrive? past that? absolutely have to have that base layer before you can build on past them. Hmm, that’s great. I had one other thing I was gonna say just now and it’s gone. It’ll come back. They know it’s gonna bother me. It’s gonna come back and tell good so self doubt where was I going with that? So have you heard of the the five why’s? Have you ever heard of this? So five why’s you ask the first question why it gets to layer one? Mm hmm. If you asked them why again, why do you want that? Okay, it goes another level deeper, right? So for example, if I have a patient who says, I have hip pain, so I want physical therapy. That’s a terrible reason why, right? That’s your, your level one. That’s a that is a Why yes. You have hip pain? Yes. You probably need PT. You asked him again. Why? You know, so Okay. You have hip pain. Why does that matter to you? Well, I want to be able to get up and down off the floor. Okay, why is that important to you? Well, I just had a new grandkid. And so now I, you know, I want to be able to play on the floor with my grandkid. That’s pretty good. After three, we’re pretty good. I want to be able to play with my grandkids. You go one step deeper. And then it’s why why is that important to you? Well, my grandparents never played with me when I was a kid. Right? And now we’re really getting deep. Mm hmm. And so, you know, I’m not going to take it another level there because it would be. I’m making this story up. So I don’t know if I’d be able to do it well, but, you know, you’re able to get much deeper into that person’s why so your statement of getting to the why, behind the why. It’s really important. Yeah, it has to be there. And so if someone comes to me, they’re not coming to me, because they have hip pain. They’re coming to me for something else. And if you’re not able to answer that question, you’re not going to be able to effectively help them. Exactly. You got it. Because if you’re not tapping into that emotional state, you’re not gonna, you’re not gonna ever make that perfect relationship to make the changes. So very similar, right? Yeah, you guys are building a relationship with your clients. Exactly. Not just, this is what you should do. Right? You’re not telling them what to do. You’re formulating a plan with them based on what their targets are, what their goals are. And their why. Absolutely, that’s totally nailed that. I’m so glad you said that. Because it’s absolutely. I don’t call it the five why’s but when you were going through the question sequence, I was like, Oh, I absolutely do that. And that’s what’s really cool about that, too, is it allows a lot of us aren’t programmed or used to taking that step back and going, what is going on here? Whereas, you know, we’re such in this fast paced gogogo world that we just it’s one task to the next and and I’m guilty of that, too. I think we all are, you can’t help it. But it’s when we do that kind of exercise the five whys if you will, the client what’s cool is they get to they kind of have this revelation or was it kind of like a Wow, I didn’t know that. You’re asking that. These Like I didn’t really realize or it’s it kind of allows them to kind of grasp their own what’s going on behind the curtain if you will, which I, which again, is a really empowering thing to do. So even just asking those simple questions, I think just is kind of that that started that process of once. Once you kind of realize, Oh, this is what’s going on, you can really that allows you to your first step up up the stairs of improving and moving forward and getting where you want to be. Absolutely. And yeah, you just have to make that relationship work with your people. Yeah. And that I mean, that’s the same with me is you’re having to learn these people individually and create a plan individually. Excellent. So yeah. So within health coaching, right, there’s a lot that can be involved with it. What is the like, what’s the structure I’m sure it’s kind of fluid, but what is the structure like for me if someone comes if they want to come see me for therapy, They’re going to get an evaluation and then we are going to do some hands on therapy, we’re going to do some strengthening, renew some stretching, right? There’s kind of like, these are the things obviously, there’s some variability within that. What is the structure of health coaching? Great question. So there’s a couple different ways to approach it. And it kind of I try to do this because it appeals to different types of people. But I usually for all my programs offer a what I call a discovery session, which is really a consultation. And it’s always one on one, a private conversation, either over the phone or in person I do. I am a provider at the St. Louis Wellness Center. So I have an office there. And so this consultation is just it’s a where we discover where a client may feel stuck and we kind of talk about a plan on how to get unstuck and then in that consultation I also we talked about the health coaching process and some of the steps that we will go through my signature program is 90 day achieve complete balance in your health program. So that’s that’s a three month obligation it’s a once a week, check in where that’s more of a structured approach where each each week has kind of a topic or of course you know, we’re continually working with the goal but there’s also some structure behind it. I also do sessions that are more open ended where clients who are more interested in maybe only talking for six or eight times can kind of use use that option and that’s less structured and more fluid in terms of okay what are we gonna as needed? Yeah, what are we going to coach on as needed? And then you know, part of an another package I offer that’s more that is more nutrition based or you know, consuming based is cleanse program so the 14 and 21 day cleanse and that’s I like those because it a lot a lot of people hear a lot of folks talk about their digestive problems or man, I really have a lot of bloating or gas or I’m not sure where this is coming from. And so cleansing is a really great way to kind of reset your digestive system, allow some of those toxins to kind of flush out and then really rediscover certain foods that may be bothering you. And it’s really insightful. I’ve tried it myself, just out of curiosity, and it was really, really insightful things I learned that I didn’t know. So it’s, so it’s something else I offer as a coach as well. Gotcha. Now cleanse can have a negative connotation in certain scenarios. So how is the cleanse that you guys that you would have a client do different than the, the stigma behind the negative cleanses? Yeah, so I think because it’s, you know, 14 or 21 days, it’s not a huge commitment. There is some planning which I provide support with and have a full kind of, tutorial or book that goes along with it to help people kind of navigate But it’s it essentially it kind of eliminates for seven days we’ll do the 14 days an example for seven days eliminates a lot of foods are associated with allergies like dairy, soy, caffeine, alcohol, and gluten. I think corn is in there too. So essentially eliminate those from your diet and then we kind of slowly introduce you know, we’ll pick because it’s only 14 days we’ll pick maybe two of the big ones and extended as long as you need but we’ll say let’s we’ll reintroduce soy for two days and then offer two and then what reintroduce dairy for to offer to and that and that way you can kind of discover Oh, does dairy bother me to soy does alcohol doesn’t like to kind of narrow Yeah. Well, I guess expand what foods you can eat because you’re narrowing which ones you can’t right. I don’t really know is and that’s part of the issue is they don’t feel well. They don’t know what’s bothering them. Yeah, that’s why they call you Yeah. So then you’re able to help them determine what’s the best fit for them. And what’s what I think is good about it is it’s also it’s safe to do. It’s, you know, allergy friendly, it’s and it’s also I guess some of the connotations associated with cleanse or you know, it’s people use cleanses maybe to lose weight or cleanses or can be kind of intimidating or scary or, you know, I don’t know what other negative thoughts you’ve heard about cleanses. Well, frequency to the restaurant, okay. Probably be the most Yeah, I’m on this one. It’s not, you know, I, I didn’t have that experience, and I haven’t heard of, and that’s just because, you know, I don’t think eliminating those certain foods for seven days isn’t going to show you go join the restaurant more. So then do you use that I’m assuming that you use the discovery session to kind of determine where people fit into Do what you offer, whether it’s they need to start with the cleanse, or they need to do the three month package, or they just their issues are not as numerous and they might might could go with the more fluid route. Mm hmm. So there’s that discovery session how, how do you make that determination? It’s just based on where, where the client wants to go, and what their needs are, what their lifestyle is. And also just based and they may have an idea themselves based on you know, whether they look at my website, or they just through talking to them or whatnot, they may already know, hey, I really, I’m just interested in the cleanser, I just want for coaching packages. So they may already know which is great. The point of that discovery session, too, is also to determine if that were a good partnership in the sense that I don’t want to, I want to make sure that if you were you as a client are going to To give your time and money that were a good fit. So it’s also a point of just making sure that they feel that I can help them and vice versa. So it’s making, making sure that fit is good for both of us. I love it. And I do the same thing now for a free discovery session. Yeah, we call it a discovery session. One other thing that we had talked about before you came on the show today, was that owning yourself care? I know you’ve you’ve said that kind of in your introduction, but But what does that mean to you? And then maybe give me some examples of people that were trying to be healthy but weren’t fully owning their self care? Okay, great question. So this is a, I immediately think of, a lot of and I hear this a lot is, oh, if I if I do this for myself, I’m being selfish or I’m taking things away from my family. And I would like to challenge that and say it’s actually the opposite. Self Care is not selfish. And that’s what owning your health means is kind of allowing yourself to give yourself time for wellness, for relaxation for health, because when you feel healthy, emotionally, physically, what have you, you can give back to your family that much more when you’re feeling yourself, you can kind of 100% return that back to your family and loved ones. Because On the flip side, if you feel if you’re feeling low energy and tired, and man, I’m just I’m just dragging here I’m having a hard time keeping up with my kids. You’re you’re essentially not not giving them your best self. So that’s kind of what I think of is owning yourself care is really just allowing yourself to take care of yourself so that you can take care of others. Absolutely. I’ve used the analogy before the oxygen mask on a plane. Yeah, right. Yeah. Care of Yourself for you take care of the rest of the Yeah, exactly. And so I see that all the time in therapy, you know, there’s the, the 60 year old who’s been taken care of mom for the last 10 years. And mom’s not doing well, because she’s in her 80s or 90s. And they haven’t done anything for themselves and been to the doctor, they have had a shoulder issue from lifting mom 10 years ago, and they’d never dealt with just kind of, it’ll fix itself or maybe not. And, and so then they’re coming to see me. You know, they’re depressed because they haven’t done much in a while. They’re depressed because mom’s probably not around anymore. And they haven’t taken care of themselves. They don’t know how to be an individual. Yeah, make sense? Exactly. So, first of all, if you see yourself in that situation, give us a call. I have someone that would be a good help for mom. But that that oxygen mask mentality, you have to help yourself. That person would have been a much better help to mom. If they’d taken care of themselves first. Yeah. He’s like you said, I think the the connotation behind it is that it’s selfish. But it’s, yeah, it’s the opposite. Like you said it, you have to have fuel to be able to give to others. If you’re not fueling yourself, you’re not gonna have anything to give. Yeah, you got 100%. I totally agree. I’m on the same page. So, other than the example we each gave, do you have any other examples of people that are not necessarily specific people, but kind of stories of folks that are not quite fully owning their self care? have examples of clients or have stories of like, where they were not and then they are now or Sure. Okay. So I have a couple examples, I suppose. So I worked with a client who kind of was letting work stress really, really get to them and they were, you know, they found themselves kind of snacking throughout the day to kind of deal with the stress and then they come home and they were Kind of just, you know, I’m so tired, I don’t want to cook anything so they were kind of making unhealthy choices and and just kind of just in a rut really not feeling that motivated and just not feeling like themselves essentially. And so when we work together, it was really about shifting. Okay, we know that stress is a part of your life, you know, it’s work stress, what have you. And so we worked on how to you know, recognize the stress get around the stress and still maintain healthy habits. And what was cool was in the three months that we work together, they were consistently making the healthier eating habits they were exercising regularly. And they what was what was neat was over that short amount of time they this this person just was like, Oh, I know I feel like myself again. I’ve lost weight I’m, I really enjoy exercising. So now I just don’t even think about it. I just do it because it’s just part of my day. I’m so like forming great habits. Yeah. Um, so in this routine of like, now I make these healthy choices, and I could just kind of can navigate around the candy that’s at work and it was really cool. It was really neat to see them just shift for themselves and really just make their lives that much better. That’s awesome. Yeah. And I can definitely see some of that in myself. Yeah, I think we all can and that’s, that’s the thing if you’re able to relate with people, you’re gonna be a better coach. Thanks. Very cool. So kind of shifting gears a little bit. Is all of the coaching you do one on one or two on one? Right? It’s one on one private. It’s either over the phone or the in person option if that’s if it’s wanted or needed. I don’t. The only group things I do right now are workshops where I’ll host a talk on right now my workshop is on sugar cravings and where they come from. I like this one around the holiday season because we Have sugary treats in our face all the time from Halloween to New Year’s. So this is a good one I usually do with with like meetup groups or, you know, other groups that community centers Okay, have you but I don’t have not delved into group coaching. Gotcha. You know, I was gonna ask about like building a community within clients, but if you’re working one on one, that’s probably not happening, but we’ll kind of just shift that a little bit cultivating relationships, whether it’s with other professionals or your current clients, how, what are your strategies, I guess to strengthen the relationships that you have, and then build new ones. Okay. So I think being a community, community community is all about just putting yourself out there networking I have found, probably the most obsessed with just going to events. They’re all over the place. Whether you look meetups Google, you know, talking to your coworkers, what have you, I would say that was how we met. Yes, exactly random. Neither one of us were in this. And we happen to meet as both guests. Right. And, you know, you know, the rest is history, I guess. But I think that’s hugely important. Sorry to interrupt. No, you’re good. So, the other networking and just but you know, it’s scary to kind of put yourself out there and talk to strangers. But I would say, building that community by networking, and I truly believe in if you can immerse yourself in a community of like minded practitioners and healers. That way you can ask questions, you can have a mentor. If you’re stuck on something, you’re like, Hey, I, I could use some guidance on this, you can reach out to somebody. Part of the reason why I joined the St. Louis Wellness Center was because I as a health coach, have a specialty, but I can only take my clients so far. So by being a part of a community or by networking, I can essentially provide a lot more service to my clients by referrals and recommendations. And, hey, I know somebody that could help you with this, that way they can get this much broader, holistic healing experience than just than just health coaching. And that I think, is just and then it just kind of keeps expanding on itself, essentially. And it’s just a way to kind of give back to other people that provide healing and therapy and people just know, it’s just, it’s just having those contacts and hey, I know this and it just it just kind of keeps going out like a spider web. It’s just really a great way to keep going. So I would do networking takes a lot of time. It does add a lot of time, a lot of resources, but it’s I think it’s totally worth it. I mean, every time I think about skipping a networking event, like okay, I don’t want to go I’m too tired. I always meet somebody that was working meeting and so it just kind of justifies itself there, right? Mm hmm. That being said, there’s been plenty of times where I am truly too tired or, you know, it’s been a crazy week, like, Can I squeeze that in? Exactly the same that you have experiences? If you show up? You’re probably going to be glad you did. Yeah. And so I agree, you have to get out and meet new people and try to build your, your community of trusted professionals and, and hope that they are going to understand that what you’re doing is worthwhile, and you understand what they are doing is worthwhile. And you’re going to be able to refer to each other and all that stuff. So that’s awesome. So we’re getting close to the end here. Do you have anything to offer the listeners? Yeah, absolutely.
