Recovering from shoulder trauma
“I have a long term issue with my left shoulder and neck. 35 years to be exact. I have seen numerous Chiropracters, Doctors and Physical Therapists which have lessened the pain and kept my shoulder from becoming less mobile but did not improve mobility nor consistently eliminate the pain.
I started therapy with Judice Sports and Rehab three. weeks ago and based on past results did not hold out much hope. In the three weeks since I have started therapy I have experienced a significant reduction in pain and more flexibility.
I believe that is because:
1) Greg Judice spent considerable time evaluating the shoulder and neck including what daily activities were contributing to the problem. We are working modifying these activities including poor posture. In past treatments this wasn’t considered so the problem did not go away.
2)The exercises he has me doing are concentrating on different areas than were considered in the past including working on building up some small neck muscles 💪 in the front of my lower neck.
3)He re-evaluates each session and deals with one off pain.
I highly recommend Greg Judice who is a Doctor in Phyical Therapy to anyone with shoulder or neck issues.”

Hip and Knee issues solved
“I have had hip and knee issues in my right leg for over 50 years. The knee injury was due to a skiing accident in my teens (with minimal physical therapy followup), and the cause of the hip issue is still a bit unknown to me. To be honest, I just thought these were issues I was going to have to contend with forever. However, in the past year or so, the hip pain became much more pronounced and got in the way of daily activities.
My personal trainer suggested that I meet with Dr. Greg Judice for an assessment. After the assessment, he explained what he thought was going on and said that he felt he could help me improve a great deal. His explanation made sense to me, so I decided to give it a try. Right after the assessment, everything shut down due to the pandemic, and I felt quite disappointed that we couldn’t proceed. However, Dr. Greg suggested that we try some sessions virtually, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that we were able to make progress! After several virtual sessions, we were finally able to have a few in-person sessions, and my mobility has greatly improved.
Prior to therapy, I had reached a point where I would be unable to stand or walk (due to pain) after riding in a car for an hour or more. After therapy, that limitation is gone! I’m now working with a few ‘homework’ exercises, and we plan to touch base quarterly to make sure everything is still on track. I”m very excited about the positive changes. I feel that Dr. Greg makes it important to ask the right questions so that he is able to get to the root of the issue. He is also honest about expectations – since I have arthritis in the hip, I will never be 100%, but we have made more progress than I ever expected, and would recommend him highly.”

Virtual appointment w/a runner
“Before working with my therapist at Judice Sports & Rehab, I was struggling with hamstring and back pain while running. As I started looking for a solution, I was very concerned I would not be able to reach my goals of completing a half marathon by the end of the year. I had dealt with knee issues before, but this time was different, stopping me from progressing my running distance. My therapist was able to observe me running on my home treadmill by video chat, and made several insightful observations. He showed me how he could help me improve my running mechanics and strengthen the right muscles to allow me to progress without pain. I feel grateful to have found JSR, because I was struggling to get the results I wanted without intervention. As a result of working with my therapist, I now have set a personal best, and am back on track training for my race. I know I still have a lot of work to do to advance from 8 miles to 13.1 miles, but it’s comforting knowing I have a great resource at my disposal if I hit another snag. I wish there was a sixth star. Thank you!”
Chronic Neck Pain
“I have had chronic neck pain for years. Despite many chiropractic adjustments and massage therapists, I couldn’t get any lasting results. The tightness in my neck would always eventually come back. After spending more time at home in front of the computer and reading tons more books (due to COVID, of course) the pain became more pronounced. With more frequent intense pains I finally decided to try Dr. Greg, who I met through BNI. He was able to diagnose my problem very quickly and give me easy exercises to do, which provided immediate relief. I am astonished at how quickly my pain disappeared, how simple it has been and how much more energy I now have. Thank you Dr. Greg!”
“My daughter recently started seeing Dr. Judice due to a recurring ankle injury. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with her recovery plan and all Dr. Judice is doing for her. He truly takes time to look at the big picture, rather than just treating the injury. His plan is longterm and will help prevent future injury while improving her overall movement and body function as well. As an athlete, she has dealt with various injuries and seen many physical therapists. Dr. Judice’s approach is much more personalized and purposeful. He spends time answering her questions and explaining his plan. We are very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Judice and highly recommend him and his practice!“
Chronic Ankle Pain
“Dr. Greg Judice is not only a physical therapist extraordinaire but he is also an excellent communicator and teacher. I have seen Dr. Judice for 7 weeks (just had my last appointment with him) concerning 2 physical ailments: soreness in my ankles and neck pain. From my first visit with him, I could see that he listened to my questions and concerns about my health and then was able to show me what he could do for me. I felt he really used our time well. Our sessions where very professional. E.g. they followed a pattern of me updating him on my soreness, him explaining (very thoroughly) the treatment such as exercises and setting expectations moving forward, asking me if I had any questions and checking for understanding. I have never had a doctor explain posture, exercises, a philosophy of health and treatment so well that everything seemed to “click” so that there is a true “meeting of the minds”. I told my primary doctor (who recommended him to me) that I have already seen chiropractors and physical therapist in the past for my ankle and neck soreness with unsatisfactory results, she said to go see him anyway because she understands that he would be a far drive for me, but he is worth the trip. I couldn’t agree more and I’m so happy I did. And I think the secret to his success with patients is that he is able to communicate the tools needed for healing so that you can understand them. They are tools that I will use, no doubt, for the rest of my life.”
